Is it normal to sleep every two days?

Ok, first of all I understand why you may call this not normal.

I have been training myself for years, getting better at it over time, and I can sleep once every two days for 12 hours or so. I work with computers and fuel myself with energy drinks. I feel no worse than I did working 9-5 and then sleeping "regular" hours, infact I feel more invigorated.

Does anybody else do this? Does it come with long term health effects?

All that intake of energy drinks is probably not a good thing, lol.

I do that without substance just because I am afraid to sleep. I think it's normal but I don't know anyone else really who does it. All nighter every two days then a massive 12 hour sleep :D

Do a health check and then come back ;)

Own experience, I sleep 3 hours a day for 3 years, I'm as healthy as I can be :)

Um, why would you want to do that? What's the point of training yourself for that anyways?

You'd be much more productive sleeping six hours a day rather than twelve every two. And wouldn't need caffeine and taurine to bolster yourself.

Healthwise, severe sleep deprivation comes with a rather nasty side effect. I believe it's called death.
