I'm nocturnal in the summer because I'm only creative at night, so i stay up and harness it I guess. But now school is gonna be starting next week and i'm fucked because I still can't sleep till 2. and wake up before 11.
Without a night job or the use of drugs, I don't think it is normal. Your body produces seratonin (correct me if I'm wrong, anyone) at dusk, usually triggered by the brain watching the sun go down, and starts prepping itself for rest. Your levels might be off. Get up early, and remain busy throughout the day. Fatigue yourself and by evening, watch the sun set. If you are wanting to change, this may help. Otherwise, as long as you are feeling well, maybe thats what's the norm for you.
i am mainly nocturnal so i know how you feel although i wish i had normal sleeping patterns
