GO TO THE DOCTORS NOW MY MUM USE TO DO THAT AND IT MADE HER REALLLLY ILL GO TO DOCTORS NOWWW!!!!!!!
I've actually researched into this because I've had similar problems. There is something called hypersomnia, which is the opposite of insomnia. Is this a recurring issue? If so, I would go see a doctor. It could be your brain trying to heal.
If it's not all the time, then you must of just needed some rest. I broke my foot so I've been in bed since Friday. I love sleep. Apparently you do too.
It's not normal, no. Although I should declare a hidden interest and say that I am an insomniac who once slept no more than 45 minutes per night. Twenty-four hours does seem excessive, though. I suppose we're all different and I'd sooner be you than me, though.
I do it all the time after partying w my cousin Tina for 4-5 nites straight ha!
