But when i get home i eat like a bowl of pasta and wheat thins with lemonade and have a snack later. IIN? or do i have a weird eating thing. I would say what I know to be true, its healthiest to eat 3 meals a day, well balanced. In saying this however that would make my a hypocrite, I eat a pack of ramen noodles for lunch every day and sometimes a ham and cheese sandwich for dinner.

I think you shouldn't skip meals! At least you should eat 3 times a day.

I eat when I'm hungry, so I'll skip any meal (except breakfast, see below) if I am not.

Otherwise, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. (I never skip it, but do sometimes eat a bit late if I wasn't hungry when I got up)
It's more healthy to eat your biggest meal at that time because you spend the whole day burning off that energy.
Even for those who are dieting, Eating a large breakfast may even help, since it'll reduce the urge to eat the snacks and unhealthy or large meals that are responsible for weight gain later in the day.
