Is it normal to skip breakfast?
I find that eating breakfast makes me MORE hungry during the day so I usually skip it. If I'm really hungry I might have an apple and a cup of coffee.

Eating breakfast usually makes me more hungrier than before eating it. I usually just chew gum and drink water
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and not eating it could put you at a greater risk for overeating. Eat filling things. Food that is high in protein or fiber as opposed to eating sugary foods that are high in carbohydrates. Eggs, greek yogurt, fruit. Lately, I'll have greek yogurt and baby fruit for breakfast. I'll stay fuller longer then I would without.
Eating breakfast will make you more hungry because it will get your metabolism going.
Apple worries me, though. A teacher of mine went with apple and she was anorexic. She was not a healthy person.
She did indeed but an apple is all she ate for a day. I have no problem with anorexics but I worried that this is all she had. I eat a small amount myself because I've become accustomed to it and I have no right to tell others what to eat when I eat so little myself, but I can still worry about people when they do it for self-image. :/
