Is it normal to shudder and shiver from ice being scraped?

If I'm around someone even if they are just moving a drink against the ice. Even the slight sound makes me shake and shiver instantly. It makes my teeth tingle to. :/

I shivered just reading it! Scraping or chewing ice. Silverware scraping dishes. Rubbing cotton balls. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkk

I hate the cotton balls too. The ice thing doesn't bother me though for some reason.

Cotton balls get me but not ice either. The worst thing for me is tearing cardboard.
