    Art is art. The point of art is making those who’s watching it to feel something. First of all it mean that you did hreat job as artist. Second: If sessions are more provicative you could be expecting such effect.

    when you took the pictures , you had consent legally. and they became your intellectuaL AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY UNDER THE LAW. now that we have established right from wrong do you have a legal right to show them without consent ? not without a written contract . you own the work you just cant use it. she cant sue you for nude picture possession but she could sue you for distribution

    If you get her consent, then yes.

    If not, no.

    Consent is a huge issue with anything sexual. If the person doesn't say "yes, that's fine" then you shouldn't do it.

    Avoiding asking someone for consent and steamrollering through with it because it's that much of an invasion of privacy that you expect a "no" is emotional abuse and an appalling breach of trust. You may be arrested for doing this.
