Is it normal to shampoo and not condition?

I don't see the point in conditioning. My hair is fine without it, plus I'm saving slot of money by not buying it.

both shampoo & conditioner are a waste of cash. I stopped using either a couple of years back due to a sensitive scalp. Hair was greasy for about a month then it sorts itself out. Now you wouldn't know I don't use anything.

    few people ever condition

  • Actually, you're only supposed to condition about once a week. If you do it daily, then you'll increase chances of getting oily hair. Anyways, to answer you're question, yes it's normal.

Conditioning is the equivalent to putting lard in your hair. I'm proud to say that my hair is lard-free.
