Is it normal to shake when you see your crush?

I've had this before. I used to get it with this dude from my work. Everytime I saw the guy; my heart would start beating fast, my face would get all flushed, and I found it very hard to talk too. It felt like I was having an anxiety attack, and yes, like my whole body was shaking. Its normal, but I think after a while you can grow out of it.

I don't shake, I just find it hard to breathe.

He came to say hi at my job so he did but once I saw him but my body was shaking so hard. I was so embarrassed 😳 idk if he notice since he only saw me from far but man that’s one experience I will never forget. I’m just trying to figure out if I really like him. To this point maybe shaking and being embarrassed means I really cared about this dude and maybe I do really like him.

I shake at the mention of his name and he's my friends younger brother( He 2 weeks younger than me) she's a year older than me

The same happened to me two days ago. I was so embarrassed because I was jumping and being oblivious when my crush turned out to be watching for a while. At first, I walked all cool but then I stopped functioning. My legs shook and my arms stopped holding my jacket. It fell and I just stood there unable to move. I wonder whether it was obvious! I mean, does my skirt shake when my legs do? omg. To answer your question, I don't know if it is physically normal to just shake out of the blue xD but it definitely is common ..

Yes there was this guy I liked and we talked over the phone all the time and one day he came to my school and he was standing out side and when I saw him I just started to shake i thought my legs were going to give way and i thought i was going to fall because my whole body was shaking i was so nerves and I walked away and did not even say hi to him and thats the reason why he came to my school to see me :( I regret not saying hi to this day even tho I'm kind of over him already :/
