Is it normal to separate fetishes into categories?

I have a lot of weird fetishes and I tend to separate them into 3 different categories.

Art: Feces and gore art are really, really hot to me
Text: Text is almost anything goes and weird shit gets me hard.
Real life: I'm rather vanilla except for maybe some collar-play or something.

Is that normal? Is it some kind of line we all draw somewhere or am I just fucked up in the head?
