Is it normal to send naked pictures.....

My cousin was recently incarcerated and wants me to send him some "pictures" we have recently had a sexual relationship but stopped and try to act like family rather than lovers. Even though we both deeply love each other on more than one level and wish we weren't related so we could start a family.....is it normal to want to send the pictures??
