Is it normal to semi-flirt with my roommate's boyfriend

Ok, so i have 2 roommates and one of them has a boyfriend. All 4 of us hang out all the time and we are all friends. I guess that I might act a little flirty towards the boyfriend, though it is totally unintentional and I am in no way interested at all (he is kind of like a brother to me and i would never in a million years even dream of trying to come between this couple, they are adorable together).

I don't really know that many guys and I don't have a boyfriend (actually I never have), so I guess you could call what I do a kind of "practice" flirting.

Is this normal?

    As long as everyone knows the deal then yes. Just make sure your friends don't have the wrong idea - otherwise allowing your sexy-feminine side be expressed among trusted friends is healthy.

    you're normal, given that you aren't the first person to ever flirt with someone else's boyfriend. you just have to consider the repercussions should it ever go any farther than just flirting.

    think about why you are flirting with him, too. do you have feelings for him? are you looking to make yourself feel better, or wanted, by flirting with him?

    i would imagine if it's purely innocent, you're okay. anything more, get ready for trouble.
