I'm thinking about selling my used panties when I move out for a supplemental income. Is that normal? I see other women over the internet either contemplating or are already doing it.

Its not normal but you can make a little bit of money from it. I helps if you have a platform for getting the business like being a cam model. It would be a good idea to show your whole body to attract more interest . You can also sell panties in multiple varieties. Regular sweaty or cum stained ones will probably sell more often and for a lower price, but if you can find the right people they are willing to pay more for panties stained with the nastier stuff . The biggest issue is getting people interested I'd recommend setting up an online page, and posting videos of you wearing some of the soiled underwear.you wouldn't have to do anything to explicit probably just talk dirty and show yourself off in the dirty underwear.
