Is it normal to seem like my thoughts trip over eachother

Is it normal to feel as if your thoughts cancel eachother out? Whenever i think of something, i have another thought to counter and almost cancel out a previous thought i had. I feel as if my thoughts are literally wrestling with eachother and i want to know someone elses opinion.

    I think you should start writing. Create a blog or a written journal. Get your thoughts down on paper. It will help you to think clearly and more coherently, plus give you an avenue of expression.
