Is it normal to see your body shift images often?
Sometimes I feel incredibly fat and the next day literally I look in the mirror and I'm as skinny as I will ever be. Its like I see things because then I'll go from slim to cellulite status and saggy thick like wasn't I skinny just yesterday? I don't get it. So I'll weigh myself but I'm the same so I say screw the scale it's just my image that matters therefore, I struggle to recognize my own body I.e am I on the chubby side or am I on the slim side? It can't be that my body literally changes every other day, I know you can gain pounds but just considering how my body shifts each day,according to my eyes, I wonder. Or is that possible to have your body change that quick? Knowledgable answers only please
