Is it normal to see vivid hallucinations when you can't sleep right?

I have a weird sleep schedule. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I'm usually up for about 33 hours and then I sleep for about 10. That's give or take.

Every once in a while I see a little blue dragon run through my house. At first I was just seeing it at the corner of my eye. Then it started getting more clear.

Sometimes I'm sitting on my couch and I see the thing run from my bathroom to my bedroom. My cat looks at it to. But I don't know if he's just looking where I'm looking because it's so quick.

What is going on here? Does this happen to you with a weird sleep schedule? The reason I can't sleep right is because I'm off all my medications.

      I lol'd at the Skyrim reference :D

Sounds like some crazy stuff though, I'm assuming this isn't to uncommon if your being deprived of precious sleep but it still seems like something you might want to check out.

It has wings, too, but it doesn't fly. It just runs.

You're normal. Sleep deprivation can be a bitch sometimes. I see large spiders when I haven't had enough sleep.
