Is it normal to see things that are not there?

Last night I could not sleep and I was playing Minecraft for hours and then I looked at the stars ingame I saw a falling star is this normal? This never happend before. It kind of looked like in the picture

    I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band, and seen a needle wink its eye. But I done seen about everything When I see an elephant fly.
