Is it normal to see the same person all the time, everywhere?

I see this boy all the time. He's everywhere. Like, I'm walking past the toilets and he's there, or I'm going to the canteen and he's there. If it's a coincidence, it's a damn big and creepy coincidence.

I don't like him, and I can be sure he doesn't like me either. So is it normal to see the same person all the time in a place with thousand of people?

  • Talk to him and see what he's like. It could just be coincidence but you want to make sure that he isn't a serial killer.

Reminds me of when I started smoking. I didn't want my parents to find out so I always told then I would do the groceries or so. What I actually did was smoke, buy some food and take a long walk so the smell could wear off. When I did this I always came across a weird woman, she was about 60 years old I guess. I always took different walks by the way, but I saw her every fucking time and it creeped me out. I'm still alive though so she was no serial killer.

I am a black female 47 years of age , and I continually see this woman I once worked with. She is black and most likely in her 60's, but everywhere I go she is there, she doesn't speak because she and I were never friends and never spoke to one another, but I remember she was one of the so called Christian church ladies who sat around with a few others and did underhanded mess to try and get me fired and would be nasty toward me when they saw that my husband is Caucasian , but once I left the company on my own I never thought another thing about it or the people. I am in business with my husband, happy and living life. I am also a Psychology major now pursuing Forensic Psychology , and the only thing I think about seeing her everywhere I go is that I am still on "her" mind, and whatever it was about me that she had against me, either she feels guilt for talking about me, or she is still intimidated by me although I am no longer work at the company and i'm not in her presence. I also believe it possible that she was the ring leader in attempting to bring harm to me, because I see none of her friends , I only see her soon as I look up, this is not normal but as long as she never comes up to me it doesn't matter. However, anyone be it a man or woman and in this day and age children, can be stalkers because of what they may have learned from an unhealthy minded predatory adult , guardian , environment or the world of technology we live in, and its important to be safe and use precaution if you believe you are being followed by someone, even if they never say a word.

There's a guy who lives in my area that I see all the time as well. It's weird, never the same time or place. Sometimes I just happen to look out of the window and there he is, walking down the street! I don't find him creepy, though. I think I just notice him because he has a very distinct look and walk and always seems to be wearing the same clothes. He never acknowledges me or anythings else, just looks straight ahead. I think he has some mental issues to be honest. If he blended in more, I probably wouldn't even notice him.

Well either he is on your mind because you believe him to have mental issues, and therefore you are drawing him to you, or you are on his mind for whatever reason. I believe per what you said in your post , you are the one drawing him to you because you believe he has mental issues. I asked myself if I was drawing this woman to me, and I have to say it her thinking of me, because I thought not one thing about any of the people after I left the company I worked at as was glad I was gone, had no hard feelings because I thank people when they try harm, it motivates me to do go, but I notice her because she is black with blonde hair, and she will glance at me I will smile at her and she rushes off, as if she holds some guilt. I guess when she lets go of what she feels I wont see her anymore :).

You are making a joke , but there are people that set out to make it their life's goal to know about or attempt to get into the life and minds of strangers or people they know , simply because this 'stalking" individual lacks a healthy mind and character first of all, which means they lack esteem, they may have been neglected and traumatized as children and they want what they believe the other person has or they want to be near them, its creepy it could become deadly and you have to be cautious wherever you go if this is happening to you. The rapist is not much different from the stalker, they want some level of power and control over a person they believe takes it from them, even if they don't even know one another, because the victim reminds them of someone or something that in their minds robbed them of this power and control.
