Is it normal to see stationary objects move?

Sometimes when I stare at an object or a surface such as a wall or ceiling, I'll start to see it move or shift. It's usually fairly subtle, just a gentle "waving" or "breathing" sort of motion but other times its more obvious and it happens fairly often when I stare at something for more than a couple seconds. I have experimented with psychedelics before but only on 4 occasions and with fairly small doses. But I didn't notice these kinds of things quite as much before. Does this happen to anyone else?

Or, the psychedelics are making you more sensitive and in tuned with things that people can often not see.

This has happened to me before but usually it occurs in the corner of my vision. It's very rare for me to witness it directly in front of me. I'm not sure if this is normal. You could have Telekinesis (I think that's the right term), ghosts, hallucinations, energy fluctuations, etc.

I think it depends on what kinds of psychedelics but that's not normal acid and shrooms makes that happen to you u may have HPPD. Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder I myself have done shrooms and acid and the same things happen to me also low doses tell me if I've noticed any other weird vision changes

Of course it's in the head. All perception is in the head. He's not suggesting that reality shifts specifically for him.
