Is it normal to see people like this?

OK, so I've seen some nasty motherf**kers lately and I've wondered why they say this unusual thing to their little pot-head girlfriends while their asleep with 'Linkin Park' on and her head on the stool with half of her body in the car, and the guy said "Raggady', raggady' b**ch!!", when I hear them say this through their cheap windows.

I'm speaking of seeing crazy people, people who are suppose to be in sanatoriums, but as-if they've escaped or some-sort, I mean, it just scares me to know that there is a scary-ass old-man who broke my window with his zimmer-frame after he left church. So are these retarded freaks normal, at least in your neighbourhood, just one, is it normal to have just one of these, a lot, whatever...

So... a lot of crazy people live on in my neighbourhood. I don't have a clue how they break into my little manor I bought at a bargain price, I mean there's an eight-foot wall and a gate and I don't have a clue how they get in, the security I got free is broken and so far I have no compensation. I've sued one of the mental people and in court he got all aggressive and I almost was about to leave.
