Is it normal to see a little flashing ball of light going up my sight?

i been noticing last night and today, i'll see this little ball of light, that goes up the side of my view, it starts below and floats up and its a little ball of flickering light.

it only happened twice. last night, in the bathroom, today in the kitchen, it went up towards the microwave, which hangs above the stove.

and no, i don't drink or do drugs. i don't even smoke.

    Don't drink much liquids, then crouch down and stand up as quickly as possible, you'll see many balls of flashing lights, it's what people are referring to when they are "seeing stars."

      heh, i remember the first time i ever saw stars. i was doing tae kwon doe, i did some kind of move and suddenly when i stopped i saw a lot of stars floating around like snow. the teacher knew exactly what was happening to me. guess i made it obvious i was looking at something that wasn't there showing a woah, that's awesome kind of face.

    Maybe drink and do some drugs as the blurred vision will help you not notice it, don't smoke though as that won't help.

    I doubt its anything sinister but you should get yourself checked out as flickering lights in your vision can mean a range of different things

    If you stare at a light it will get imprinted into your eye for a bit, so yeah that's normal. But you can damage your eyes doing that.

    Yeah I get it too. It has to do with bad eyes or possibly migraines.

      sometimes my head on certain spots it will hurt, mainly on the right side of my head, but not the whole right side. the size would be if you put a banana on your head. and it is in my right eye that i been seeing the floating ball of flickering light.

    It might be a spirit. Have you ever heard of "spirit orbs" or "ghost orbs". They often can be found in photographs, near people, at certain places like graveyard and sometimes even around crop circles. I don't think they mean any harm. I've never heard reports of them causing harm.

      yeah, i have. i have had my encounters by both demons and spirits. i been scratched a few times in my life. and other unknown events. i did visit an old graveyard last week. thursday afternoon i went to a graveyard that had people who died back in the 1800's. the thing is, if it really was paranormal, i would of felt it.
