Is it normal to see a homless guy touching himself in a dumpster?

Well there i was walking past an area of my city that i call "Crackton" because of all the crack smoking homless people there and as i walked past a dumpster i heard a noise.

thinking that there might be treasure, a dead body or somthing of mild interest i looked inside and BAM! there a homless guy fiddling with himself.

Im quite shocked by this and want to know if touching yourself in a dumpster is in fact normal.

    Where else would he be able to do so? He has no home and there's probably no one for him to have sex with.

    Well it was a homeless person. He was stuck in a dumpster since he probobly did not have anywhere to stay. If he was horny he has no where else to do so.

    How do you know if the guy inside the dumpster was homeless, he could have been not homeless and just inside the dumpster getting off, some people have a fetish for that

    I'd say its normal. Everyone to some extent has sexual desires and many people find the need to carry them even in the most unusual places (ie. parking lot, movie theater, dumpster etc.). If you stumble upon a homeless person doing these thigs you can either just move along or ask them to please take it to a more private area for the sake of the general public passing by especially young children.
