Is it normal to see a black thing with yellow eyes with know shape?

Ok so I was in my house on the upstairs in my room loking out the window and in the other houses window there is a black thing with yellow eyes looking at me. I see it in other places 2 but never the same place. Anybody know what it is and what to do???

    I'd worry, this could be a symptom some eye disease like glaucoma or a tumour, I'd check in with your GP if I were you

    I've seen something like it but its just a single yellow ring and i see it frequently but its got like a black background and yet i cant describe the whole shape but its really odd.

    Assuming this is not drug related, where else do you see this? Under what circumstances? Always at night? Does it recognize you? Do you think it's something bad? Answer this and I can maybe tell you more

    It's quite a common shape to see, a bit like a black panther, if you see things you are better off getting in touch with a psychic than telling all the "normal" people you know, normal people love to tell other people they are weird just because they have a different range of perception...
