and hear a thunder like phenomenon in your head all of a sudden? Not in the sense you visualize other things in your mind. I had no will over it. It just happened. A flashing light that "fills" your head accompanied with a very loud explosion type sound. It scared the shit out of me.

To add to that there were some incidents in the past where i could hear a guy in my head screaming my name. Both experiences lasted for a blink of a an eye.

    "Exploding head syndrome", maybe? (funny name but yes it's a real thing, look it up if you like)

    Hearing the guy in your head is a auditory hallucination. The part about the explosion in your head could be due to many different things. Like one of the users before me said, there is a condition where the head explodes BUT it usually is not contained within the head. It could've been a mini-stroke but you don't seem to have any of the symptoms... To be on the safe side I strongly urge you to see a neurologist. Good luck!
