Is it normal to save people in your dreams?

First of let me start by saying that I've been in love for some time now but I haven't had the courage to tell her, but I plan to ask her out to prom. Anyway, recently I've been having dreams about saving the girl I like from some type of immanent danger, but in the process I always die or am left saying my final words while slowly passing away on her lap. Don't get me wrong, I am willing to give my life for this girl, but I was just wondering if it was normal?

    A great one. I say go for it! Yur having dreams about her often bcuz yu have not told her about how you felt. Once you get it off yur chest I'm sure it'll get better.

    YES!! Last week I dreamt that there was this huge anarchy in the world and I saved her(No superpowers or anything like that) She was running from a hell of a big wave and we hugged in the middle of the anarchy and the wave kept like a circle around us, then an earthquake happened and I saw the whole world crumbling but we werent shaking at all.
    As for the prom, when you pick her up HAVE Superman Tonight on the radio haha.
