Is it normal to run your pain away

Is it normal to run whereever your stressed and just run for miles, just wnated to see if any1 else did this

    I do blow and down a bottle of vodka and oxycodone but running seems like an alright idea too

    this is perfectly normal, i do it too and i find that i can usually run faster and better when i am preoccupied with thinking about something that makes me angry.

    I do the same thing, to relieve stress. It feels great, releases endorphines that make you happier. Just dont over do it. At some point you'll have to deal with your emotions, so deal with them & THEN go for a run :)

    Totally healthy! Some people just eat their stress away, so if you've gotta do something, make it exercise :)

    Exercise definitely helps reduce stress!! It's a great strategy and I work out every day for stress relief. I would just be careful that you don't over do it with running alone and end up with stress fractures or shin splints. Look for other activiies to work in to your routine like biking, lifting weights, or swimming. Yoga also is a great stress reliever.
