Is it normal to rotate through 3 or 4 websites for hours on end?

I keep finding myself circling the same few websites over and over again. Its pretty frustrating, i start on facebook then move over to here then to a forum then back to facebook etc... I want to stop browsing and do something productive but it takes me ages to break the cycle and do something. I always feel like having "one more look".

Anyone else? Normal?

Sadly enough I have to admit I do the same. Lately, after a loooonng time of doing this, i've started to get really sad and depressed about it. So hard to let it go tho.

Sounds like my life. Although I don't do any social networking. I have a game I sometimes play, a place I submit made-up facts for the sake of humour (I recently got made Chief Scientific Officer, woo...), a blog I occasionally browse through to see how my life was x years ago, and then anything which lets me look at nakie ladies.

I cycle through a forum I've been a member of for several years, Facebook, Reddit, and this site.

Ya I think it's normal, but that doesn't change the fact that we probably shouldn't do it. It's just natural human addiction I think!! Maybe we should all take a break and relax!! ;D

Facebook, Wikipedia, Digdang.com, ebaumsworld, Is it normal. I rotate through those sights between 10 and 12 hours a day while I am at work.
