Is it normal to regret things this much?

I seem to regret everything I've done in the past, and even though I know I can't change things, just thinking about things I've done makes me go bright red with embarrassment. Like one night when I was at my boyfriends, I contracted scarlet fever, I was feeling a bit funny for about 2 minuets, and then I was suddenly throwing up violently. This was last year, and I still feel embarrassed.

Why live like this? Regrets are useless. I regret nothing. Life is a learning experience.

Very normal. I regret so many of my actions for the last 12 years or so. It has given me so much stress that I have at least 20 gray hairs growing out of my skull. And one visible one down there. -.-

Anyway. Just try to relax. Do something enjoyable that will take your mind off of the things you wish you could change. Otherwise look forward to premature graying. It's not cool at all. :(
