So, I am a straight male. I like women. I do not find men sexually attractive, nor do I feel at all compelled to have sex with a man. But for some reason gay guys keep hitting on me. I don't think I'm exceptionally handsome, nor do I think I put out any signals that I'm gay (although, it's possible that I may be without realizing it.) I have never been hit on/flirted with by a girl (although this may be because women tend to be more subtle) and as far as I'm aware, have only been hit on by other males. This has happened to me three to four times in my life so far, and I am nearly 19 at the time of writing this. Is this normal?

    Ive had the same problem with gay guys hitting on me. When I went to Miami it was a big problem because like 80% of those ppl are gay down there. Its a little uncomfortable to have men wolf whistling at you while you go down the street 🤮

          That makes 0 sense! No one asks for consensual agreement to be given a compliment or being given a wolf whistle. Yes it comes into play in certain areas such as actions two parties must agree upon before diving into it ie- kissing, sex but not a simple wolf whistle. It's called free will in this circumstance!! Do you think us women are asked to be stared at by fugly creepy old perverted men when walking on the side walk or wolf whistled at? Welcome to our world mate. If we could have consensual agreement, we'd make it a law that creepy perverts are NOT allowed to gawk or wolf whistle at us women

    Because a large populace is gay. Bot substantial but theres alot of gays and bisexuals out there. Dont be offended take it as a compliment. They found you attractive enough in some compacicity to open themselves up to rejection. You never truly know whose gay or whatever so they saw someone they liked and took a chance. Be flattered and reject them kindly

      The first one pinched my butt while we were in line for the changing room at a summer camp. The second one started talking about how they watch gay porn, then asked what kind of porn I watch. He was already in a relationship with a girl at the time. My mom, who has horrible gaydar, started chatting with the third one while we were stuck in an elevator. When my mom said that I made the tie-dye shirt I was wearing at the time myself(it was a science class), he started eyeing me, then started asking my mom about my interests. You'll have to forgive me if I don't find sexual harassment, infidelity, and someone asking my mom questions about me in an elevator flattering.
