Is it normal to receive marijuana with next to no thc?

For over a year I have gone through multiple dealers. And I recently bought pot off the dark internet. But all of this marijuana doesn't get me high. It doesn't do anything. I've had good weed before so I know what good weed is like.

    weird. they probably extracted the THC somehow and are selling legit hash oil to their friends while ripping people off with the waste on the internet. fucking scumbags

      My cousin was like "I got some weed. Need some? This guy at my work smokes up all the time he sells for 330 an oz." So I was like ok gimme 60. And it's been the same terrible quality every time.

    I'm assuming it's those "legal buds" yup can get out of high times. Someone just re packed it and sold it to u as real herb. Bummer. Dark web sales are risky for that exact reason. There is no one to take it up with unless you find the guy and do it yourself.
