Is it normal to really hate your mother ?

Every kid (and especially girl) has hated her mother at one point or another. You're normal, don't worry.

I feel the same way about my mother. She started smoking again about a year ago and she always says she's gonna quite after every pack but then she doesn't. She always smokes in front of me and our new kitten which is disgusting. My dad smokes alot too but never in front of an animal because he knows better. Every time she smokes, say "16 minutes." meaning every time she smokes a cigarette that takes 16 minutes off her life.

Try to focus on creating good things in your life. Kids don't get to pick their parents, and you were just, like a lot of people, unlucky. So put extra energy in things that matter and try to accept she is who she is.

it's normal. your mom is just one of those people that only cares about herself. it's sadly not uncommon these days.
when you have your own children, make sure you bring them up better and give them a better life.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I guess you'll have to make yourself an example for your sisters since your mother's disrespectful. I know it adds pressure but they shouldn't look up to her.

I smoke and I have kids, but I have enough respect to smoke out of their presence, and not EVER in my home. My parents both smoke but can't be bothered to go outside. Very rude. I would never even take the chance to harm my kids like that, something so easy like just stepping outside, big fucking deal....but I guess it was too hard for them. I don't want to blame them for me smoking because that was ultimately my choice but things may have been different if I wasn't raised in a smoke-filled house.
