Is it normal to read shakespeare while listening to iron maiden?

I love Shakespeare, I own almost all of his plays including Macbeth, Othello (my favourite), Hamlet, King Lear, The Merchant and many more. And I just love to read Shakespeare. But what makes reading Shakespeare even better is reading it while listening to Iron Maiden because that band often does rock songs to do with history and wars which ties in with Shakespeare. I don't have it on too loud though otherwise I can't focus on the book. Is this normal?

    Interesting combination. I couldn't imagine many people at a Shakespearean play being Iron Maiden fans. (Or people at Iron Maiden concerts being big on Shakespeare.) That's cool you have such diverse interests.

    I'm not too fond on Shakespeare's plays myself (primarily because of King Richard III), but his brilliance shows in the memorable quotes, and no author, playwright, screenwriter, etc. may ever understand love as well as he... Be it teenage couples, middle aged couples, or elderly couples!

    Iron Maiden.... UP THE IRONS!! I never tire of their stuff, and I love to have Aces High playing in the background to the Football Manager series of games when I managing England and are playing Germany. :-D
