Is it normal to randomly stop feeling hungry and not eating?
Recently, meaning yesterday and today, as well as friday, i hardly have ate anything and i'm not hungry.
Thursday (Thanksgiving) i ate alot of food. 3 plates total in one day.
Friday, i ate one half plate of food which were leftovers from thanksgiving thursday.
Saturday, i ate a waffle and a small peice of cornbread.
Today, i haven't eaten anything, my stomache grumbles but i don't feel hungry or compelled to eat.
It grumbled shortly after eating last night but i didn't eat because i didn't feel hungry.
Im not anorexic i dont think. I've never been anorexic, it isn't in my family genes, and quite frankly, it scares me half to death.
But i still don't eat.
I havent been stressed at all until late last night but i dont think it has to do with my not eating.
Is this normal? To randomly stop eating and ignoring the hungers?
