Is it normal to put water in my cereal instead of milk?

I put water in my cereal instead of milk. Is that bad for you? Does anyone else do this?

It's not bad for you or anything.
I tried it once, can't say I'm a fan of it though.

When I was pregnant w my second daughter milk would give me terrible heartburn. I did not want to give up cereal so I would mix it w ice cold water. It is actually better because the cereral does not become over sweetend

I do this because I'm lactose intolerant. How could it be bad for you? It's just water. Unless your water is full of chlorine or something, or you're using toilet water, it'll be fine. I usually eat cereal dry, but if I really want it with sugar, I use water XD

If you think about it, putting any liquid on cereal is really weird, as people in the Western world don't usually pour cold liquids onto dry, room temperature foods very often. If you think about it too long, it sort of makes you gag.

I think its better for you, since everybody always seems to need more water. Its not necessarily a social nor, but if you like it then do it. Who cares f its normal, theres nothing negative to it

    Okay, I accidentally voted NO..
    However, I think it's normal!!
So I take back that NO and put a big fat YES!
To be completely honest, some posts on this application are soooo stupid!!
Why would having cereal with water be harmful?
It may not be completely mainstream haha
However, if you like it, who the hell gives a shit!!!!!
My Nan puts orange juice on her cereal!! I am legit,
    Who cares?
Sure I might have screwed up my nose at the sight of it, but I'm not eating it am I!!
    Enjoy your clear cereal :)

Uh hell no! Cereal makes the milk taste better! Especially with cinnamon toast crunch! It makes the milk taste heavenly! Milk is the best type of drink other thank canned soda and lemonade.

It's just like if you had really watered down milk...like a tenth of a percent... that wasn't white ... the thin viscosity of water is probably the most off-putting part.
