Is it normal to pull on the front door several times?

My neighbour has this really annoying habit. Everytime she leaves the house, she opens the door, goes out, closes it and then starts pulling at it several times while it's shut. She usually keeps on doing this for about 10 minutes before finally leaving. Is that normal? Ok, she's 80 years old, and a bit eccentric, of course then you're bound to have some weird thing. But it could also be a sort of ocd or something.

    I do this all the time... so much that it often causes me to rush, and I'm sometimes late. But I have OCD.
