    I think what you describe isn't that unusual for guys your age. If you never or only rarely masturbate, it's even more likely to happen.

    I don't recall ever reading anything about studies into when guys produce pre-ejaculate, but my experience matches yours.

    Peoples' physical sexual response varies, but I know that researchers have found that women start to produce vaginal lubrication when they're presented with images that have something to do with sex, even if they don't find the images sexually arousing. And women can definitely get very wet from just thinking about sex. You may not see the relevance of that, but the gland in females that produces vaginal lubrication is analogous to the gland in males that produces pre-ejaculate, so what you experience is kinda like what happens to those women.

    And, yes, it is entirely possible for a horny young guy to ejaculate without his penis being touched.

    If you find what happens embarrassing or uncomfortable, I suggest you masturbate more often and stop the pressure from building up too much.
