Is it normal to pre plan what days of the week i jack off?

I plan ahead of time what days of the week I am going to jack off. For example, this week it is monday, tuesday, friday, saturday and sunday. I do this because I am scared of a porn addiction and also have work and homework to keep up with. Is this doing me any good and is it normal to do?

    Not sure what the point is. Sometimes you don't feel like it, and what if that is your day? Or sometimes I am horny as shit and what if that isn't my day?

    No. But your "schedule" almost covers the entire week. It shows you're already addicted to porn.

    If you're concerned about porn addiction, the first thing you need to do is start masturbating without porn, or at least end on a multi-sensory memory or fantasy of your own instead of the two-sense candy you get from a video screen.

    But if planning ahead helps you keep things under control, do it. However, even if you aren't looking for a partner, you should not masturbate if you will be around women in the next several hours. Feeling satisfied affects how you interact with the opposite sex, and may influence someone's attraction to you.
