Is it normal to make up a fake website and advertise it on television? I followed up a website I saw in a commercial and it went no where. It says the site does not really exists. If the sites a fake why is it being advertised?

    www.notarealwebsite.com

    I was really upset. I don't know where to buy notareals now.

    Maybe there was something wrong with the website and they were working on it.

      Actually I typed it exactly like tv and it leads no where. Nor can I find anywhere online that says this product really exists. Its weird because I keep seeing it on tv saying go to said website.
