Is it normal to pop my back constantly?
Ok so I always pop my back. Lower upper anywhere. I usually twist it. It seems like I am the only one who really does it. I pop my back maybe 10 times a day. Is that ok?

My physio gave me stretches to do and they always pop my back. I hear a loud crack. She said not to worry about it. She said it was just the joint releasing itself.
I don't think it is too bad to crack your joints, just so long as you don't go past their normal range of movement.
It is not good for your back at all. I used to do it all the time but now I go to the chriropractor and they pop it for me. It will cause back problems later in life because you do not know what you are doing.
I pop my neck,toes,knuckles,ankles,arms,wrists,knee cap and finally my hips IS THT NORMAL?!
Instead of popping it so much. Compliment the stretching with a good exercise afterward.

It's not healthy. I actually just talked to my chiropractor about this and people who pop their own necks. He said it actually releases endorfins which are the bodys natural high chemical and people become addicted to that, so then the result becomes popping your back or neck 10 times a day. You should try cutting back some.
