Is it normal to pop everything?!
I can pop my neck, back, wrists, arms, ankles, knee caps, toes, knuckles, and finally my hips I usually pop these body parts at least 3 times each a day IS THT NORMAL?!

when you work out and get the burn. those are microscopic tears in your muscles. thats how you get stronger. the tears heal bu the muscles weaving strands od new muscles accrost the tear, there by adding more muscle strends to your muscle. CRACKING YOUR MUSCLE DOES NOT DO THIS! DO NOT CRACK YOUR MUSCLE ON PURPOUS YOU COULD RIPE YOUR MUSCLE AND HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY!!!
i can crack pretty much every bone and muscle in my body. its normal. when you crack a muscle like when you streach it is just a small tear in the muscle forming JUST LIKE WHEN YOU WORK OUT. when you work out that burn you feel is millions of microscopic tears in your muscle. when you crack your joints you are actualy dislocating you joints for greater flexability. the drug your bone doctor is just one addiction. the other one is the freedom of movement. your body doesnt like not being able to move freely. when you crack your joints you get greater flexability and your body LOVES that. and when your joints get stiff your body wants you to crack your joints again to be able to move freely again.the pain you feel isnt actual pain, it is your bodys discomfort of not being able to move freely.BUT if you do it you WILL have joint proublems in the future. i am not saying that the cracking will be the cause but the cracking might be just another symptom like the joint proublems you get. i am just saying that the cracking might be a symptom that occures befor joint proublems actualy appear and might be a warning
lol thats pretty weird that can crack those areas, but nah its pretty normal. I'm am seriously addicted to cracking my knuckles, I do it like 30 times a day, maybe even more. lol

I can even make this weird crack or pop sound in the center of my chest or sternum when I stretch my arms out and push out my chest...do you ever get that...???

Cool. I used to crack my back REALLY loud last year, but now I can't...I guess I kept cracking it just to get her annoyed. But now I can do neck loud...so I say this. It's normal(except for some parts..),just don't pop it so much, it will probably hurt or get lose. Because that's how my neck is going out for me..
I went to my "bone dr." and he told me that when you pop your joints it sends out this "drug" and that's what you become addicted too.
And when u try to stop the body parts u pop start to hurt and the only relief is to pop it
I do that and then some. It's weird. I don't really know why or how to stop. I've stopped for a couple weeks before, but the pain and discomfort were still there and stronger than ever, so I just don't try anymore. To the guy who suggested his joint problems now are due to his popping: how do you know it's the popping that caused your joint problems? There are too many variables. But mainly, I wonder if people who are able to pop so much can do so because of joint problems to begin with. So whether you popped or not, you were destined for issues later in life anyhow?

I'm also middle age and have joint problems after years of poppin, find yourself a good chiropractor and let him do the poppin. You'll be glad you stopped, someday.

I did that my whole life. But now I can't. I have joint problems, back problems, and when I twist my neck, it sounds like gravel being walked on. I'm middle age. Just wanted you to know what it can do.
