Is it normal to poop three times a day? Most people say you should after each meal, but everyone I know thinks it's weird that I poop three times a day.
I usually vaporize mine into gas but will take a dump at least every other day.
Depends on your poop. If it's nice, healthy logs that don't smell too much then it's normal. If it's something a lot more runny or full of undigested bits you might want to see a doctor.
Actually any time you have any doubt about your health see a doctor if you possibly can. The embarrassment of being told you're making a fuss out of nothing is minuscule compared to being told you have advanced colon cancer and you should have got it checked sooner (not that I think that's what you have, just an example).
