Is it normal to poop naked and poop twice always?

Whenever I'm at my own house pooping, I dislike pooping with a shirt on. I always get the fear that my shirt is so large that it's going to hang low enough to catch my poop then it gets nasty. Such a fear has never ever come true though. When I'm at a public restroom I often lift my clothes well above my nipples and I still feel like I'm going to poop on my shirt.

Also, part two: once I poop I always stand up for about 15 seconds, because I always get an "echo poop" that finishes my finishes my first poop. So, basically, I poop and feel relieved/empty then I stand up and a few seconds later I need to go poop again as though I never pooped in the first place. I have to do this all the time, and I believe that standing up helps my digestive system poop or something? Is this normal?

    Especially your fear of pooping on a shirt that is pulled up to your nipples. Puts an impossible image in my head.
    Do you also eat, stand up for 15 seconds, and then eat again as though you didn't just eat?
    Your digestive system seems to be working well at least.
