Is it normal to poop at work?

I am 29 years old and have never pooped at work. If it matters, I am also a female. I am just not comfortable with the idea of someone knowing I am pooping or worse yet if they can smell it. If I have to go, I hold it until I get home which isn't always comfortable. Do you poop at work?

    If my work didn't have private bathrooms I would probably wait too. Even around people I'm comfortable with I'm still reserved in that area.

    holding onto your wee or poo can actually poison your body and cause many other health issues. i say when you gotta go, just go. everyone does it, its pretty normal to poo. if you didnt poo, you would die. dont put your health at risk just because you are embarrassed. spray the toilet cubicle after you are done to cover the smell.
