Sometimes when I'm given a situational statement by a friend or somebody where they go "oh yeah, the cat saw that blender and just ran like mad." Then I'll start chucking and say something like "The cat was all 'OH GOD BLENDER' and the blender was all 'sadface' so then the cat came back and was all 'hay dewd that was mean >U Gimme some warning next time'"

I mean, not a good example but it can get out of hand sometimes. It's my humor I guess.
Sometimes people think it's funny, other times they think it's annoying.

Is it normal?

    It's completely normal! I do this too, and most girls do it (in my town, at least). Just keep going on, people probably don't think it's annoying and you're just making it up. Like the other comments: It's actually pretty funny.

    Oh yeah that is very normal. We are similar because i sometimes do the same thing. No, I always do that when i get hyper. It means you have many great ideas and should be put into the entertainment industry. For example, television shows or movies.
