Is it normal to play nude with brothers and sisters

My daugther call last night in a panic, her 3 kids ages 8-12 were home alone for a few hours, she came home about 2 hours before she had told them she would be home. When she walked to the oldest ones bedroom she found them all on the bed nude and rubbing their bodies together. When questioned they admitted to doing this a few times. The 12 year old is a girl the 10 year old is a boy and the 8 year old is a girl. I can remember doing pretty much the same thing around the same ages, it was not so much sexual as it was a closness with my sisters and brother. I can remember touching each other pubic areas, mostly it was more about touching all over each others bodies.

Is this something that happens often?

    It's incredibly normal (I'm studying psychology and related subjects at uni and there are a lot of interesting readings on this topic if your daughter wanted to read) search google scholar

    I think most of us do it during early periods. I myself have been playing such fun games with my brother. You shouldn't be worried.

    totally normal fir kids to do this kind of stuff, onmy thing that bothers me is that they are too old ti be doing this as an innocent game tslking about the 12yo and the 10yo. better check it out

    its a hard call. maybe they were just curious. maybe just innocent play? did the 10yo have a boner? that would help put it in a category.

    I reckon its normal for brother an sisters to be nude an b curious. Wen i was 8 my sister 11 i go in her room y she was getting undress an even get naked to.
    Y siblings do get nude together cause there curious about wat they look like nude an who best to do it with sumone u trust an comfortable with.
    At least u wod know there safe an not at there so called friends place who cod laugh at them use it against them make fun of them understand what i mean.

    yeah when i was around that age me and the kids my mom would babysit would do this a lot (they were the same ages) but not sexuial we were to young to know what sex was or why we were different we would just explore each others bodys and try to find out what all the differences were between boys and girls

    It is normal. But she needs to teach them that it is not appropriate behavior for siblings of any age.
