I have an Aglie 9 string, but I have never even used the frets on it, I tend to play a lot of Emmure an B0rn of 0siris, so the notion of frets is alien to me, and I was wondering, is it normal?
I still don't get this. The notion of frets is alien to you?? Surely this is like playing a piano by hitting it with a hammer...
The frets are the main part of how you make music in the first place. i play guitar myself for about 10 years now. it was hard at first to learn but you will get good just work with it.
I bet you listen to converge and between the buried and me. You are so brutak. I used to listen to all those brocore type of bands back in high school. The number twelve looks like you.
That's quite funny. Seems like a huge under-utilisation of a nine-string guitar though, and I know I'd get bored of playing that way very quickly. I know quite a few bands do that these days, so perhaps it is normal.
