Is it normal to piss all over the only roll of toilet paper?

I really had to take a massive dump a few years ago and had to stop at a Burger King because I knew I wouldn't be able to wait until I got home. Unfortunately, after I set the seat cover on the seat and sat down to expel fecal matter from my butthole I discovered that there was only one roll of toilet paper in the dispenser and someone had pissed all over it! I was not a happy camper and had to wipe my ass clean with those plastic seat covers, which was disgusting because some shit got on my hand and the floor!

Now I am the toilet roll pisser from time to time. If I am bored and the bathroom is empty, I will occasionally piss on the toilet paper rolls in a stall. It is my way of getting even with the a-hole who did this to me years ago.

Is this normal behavior?

    whats worse they will let it dry and leave after that use!

    it is an act of vandalism that gives the doer a since of power to humiliate the next user.
