Is it normal to peek into every girl's dress?

Whenever i see a girl, my sight will be first going to her breasts. I love the way it looks, the way it bounces. Whenevr i get a chance, i try to peek into a girl's dress, to see whether i get a glimpse of her private parts. I even try to peek into my girlfriend's dress. Is it normal?

    Not normal and if you have a girlfriend you should try to have some restraint from looking at other females.

      If he was only two feet tall, that'd probably be even worse. Especially for girls in miniskirts.
