Is it normal to pee your pants a little bit?

I'm really embarrassed about this... When I'm doing exercises like running or doing jumping jacks, I involuntarily let out a little bit of pee. It's only a drop or two, just enough to get on my underwear, but not enough to get on my pants or show through my pants. I don't know how to stop or prevent this. I don't have a very large bladder, but even when I pee before I run this still happens. Is this normal?

There are certain exercises you can do that are supposed to help with this.

I just remembered what they are called too: Kegel exercises.

Unfortunately, though not everyone has this issue, it is more common than you might think...and be grateful it doesn't go beyond your underwear...I've heard of cases where this creates a full bladder emptying urination...this one, obviously, becomes messy...

I think it's normal, if it's only a few drops...

I did that when I was a little kid. Now, I have trouble peeing voluntarily.

It's normal for older men and women, young children, as well as any women who have had children. It's not so normal for everyone else. It suggests weak bladder control i.e. the muscles that stop you from involuntarily peeing aren't as strong as they normally are.

As Shackleford suggested, try Kegel exercises. They're typically performed by women who have bladder weakness.

    Wear underwear padding.
