When ever I masturbate, I do it on the toilet, and if your a girl, you should know that it makes you have to pee sometimes.     Some people have a fetish or two about scat and urine. Your part "where the pee comes out" is called your urethra, and although not normally practiced, can be quite sexy for girls.
